If you love good bread, this is rhe spot! Location is kinda tucked away, use your GPS. The garlic parm bread is incredibly delicious. The pepperoni bread is great too.

I pre- ordered the apple roll for Thanksgiving. It looks beautiful and I have never taste something so good. It was moist apple cake with cream cheese cream, topped with homemade caramel fudge. It was a huge hit at dinner. Can't wait to see what comes out for xmas. Thank you for my my dinner special.

I bought a Jalapeño Foccacia bread from Doodle Doo Farm which was from Top Knot bakery and it was the worst foccasia bread I have ever had. It was frozen when purchased. I thawed it completely and heated the bread. It was hard as a brick! It was solid like a rock after thawing completely and heating it did not change it.

I used to keep a sourdough starter and make my own bread, working from Tartine Bread and FWSY, but quit when covid caused flour shortages and never got back to it. Top knot's rye country loaf is very similar to what became my daily driver in those days, and reminds me of why I used to to it. The yeast really shines, and you can smell it proofing in the back when you walk in to the shop (which is to say, ilthe shop smells amazing). I see many glowing reviews mentioning their sweets, but I can tell that there's someone in the back who feels the same way about bread that I and that they're giving their sourdough the time and care it needs to shine. And that's really rare.

It was such a cute and nice little spot! Their pastries are so good and omg the chocolate chip cookies are to die for! You seriously will thank me later once you get your hands on the cookie! Highly recommend for sourdough lovers as well :) I had a garlic one and it was so delicious
